This woman had a previous Breast Lift with Implants. She came to me requesting a better shape and a more even nipple position
Left side photos (before) - Here are the problems I see.
(1) The nipples were improperly aligned and positioned too low.
(2) She has flattening of the bottom of her left breast
(3)
Both breasts implants are too high & too narrow for the width of her chest.
(4) Areolas were left too large
Right sided photos (after) _ I did the following during surgery:
(1) Repositioned and realigned her nipples, while reducing her areola size.
(2) Expand the implant pocket on both sides
(3) Exchange her 350cc implants with wider 500cc Silicone implants.

Place the new implants in a lower position
