In this person with marked asymmetry, the right breast was reduced, reshaped, lifted, and both breasts were enlarged with an implant.

A 275cc implant was placed on the right side after reducing the breast volume and repositioning the nipple higher.
A 425cc implant was inserted on the left side.

Patient declined lifting her left nipple position to the same height as the right side.

Her accessory nipple under the left breast is now hidden from view by the enlarged breast.

Many times I will use Liposuction to reduce the fat in the breasts, which tends to make the breasts sag and then enlarged them with an implant.
