What to Expect after a Moderate or Deep Chemical Peel
Several days to two weeks of crusting and scabbing depending on the depth of the peel
The rejuvenated skin will resemble a sunburn for weeks to months depending on the depth of the peel
The skin will need to be protected from the sunlight for 6-9 months to avoid hyperpigmentation or blotchy brown spots
