This is one of the best areas to Liposuction because of it's significant ability to shrink the loose skin after removal of the fat.
I sometimes use it to tighten the neck skin, even though you may have little fat in the neck area.
However, in most individuals in their 40's or 50's it is more appropriate to perform a combined Neck and Face Lift.
In males who are not willing to undergo a Face and Neck Lifting procedure, I have used Liposuction as an alternative with great success.
After surgery, I have found that wearing a compression bandage around the chin and jowls for a week, helps to improve the final look and aids in skin tightening.
