Well its been three weeks to the day and I feel wonderful. I want to thank you and your staff for making this experience better than I thought it could ever be. I was so nervous going thru with this and I am so happy with the results.

My decision to get breast augmentation surgery was one of the best personal decisions I have every made.  Although, I really wanted larger breasts, I was hesitant about getting plastic surgery.

After talking to a friend who you had performed a breast augmentation surgery on and researching your credentials and reputation, I was certain that you were the doctor that I should choose if I decided to go forward with the surgery.

When I had mentally and emotionally made the decision to go forward with the surgery, I made an appointment with your staff. I appreciated the fact that you didn't make any promises to make my body perfect and suggested the surgical technique that would best suit me.

The next day, I scheduled my surgery. The whole process went off without a hitch from the first appointment to the one-month follow-up.

I am now one and a half months post-surgery and feel and look great. My breasts are exactly how I dreamed. Your ability to look at someone's body and determine exactly what needs to be done to maximize their beauty is truly an art.

As I looked at my calendar this morning, I realized it has been a year since my lipo - ( a little over two since my tummy tuck! ) and it occurred to me that I never sent you a proper "thank you" after my last appointment in July. ( A dear friend of mine and my family was killed in a freak accident in Ireland that afternoon, and the past six months have been very difficult for all of us. )

So I am taking a moment to say thank-you for the amazing job you did - a true miracle! Ha Ha

I'm writing this letter in appreciation for all that has been done for me here.  I know my surgery has been an elective one but none the less a major surgery that I've thought about for 8 years.  I'm very appreciative for the service that has been given to me.  I'm a very sensitive person mentally and physically (which can be a challenge).  I have over come so much this far in my life.  I grew up in a poor and abusive situation and unlike many of your well to do clients you and your staff deal with on an average, I put myself through school and have over come the path set before me to become a infant toddler teacher for the last 12 years.  I'm an active advocate for mothers and children from all economical situations.

I've worked the last four years at Camp Amgen here in Thousand Oaks gaining much experience and saving money to have this surgery and no matter how well I've done I've always had the insecurity of my stomach, so it is with great pride and respect that I have made it in to your practice to have a big chapter and accomplishment achieved.  With much respect and appreciation to the profession of plastic surgery, I thank you Dr. Costanzo and your friendly staff.  May I have many (new) summers in a two piece at the beach!
